As long as your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can easily change the delivery address. Just write to us immediately after placing your order so we can adjust it in time.
🌍 What are the shipping costs & when will it arrive?
Shipping costs depend on weight, destination, and shipping method. For orders over €100, shipping within Europe is free and takes approximately 2-5 business days to reach you, depending on the region.
❌ Change or cancel order – is that possible?
Yes, as long as your order hasn't been shipped yet. Once it's on its way, the statutory right of withdrawal applies (14 days). With us, you even have 30 days. Just get in touch with us, and we'll take care of it.
📦 Are OG's products immediately available for delivery?
Usually, yes ✅ We make sure that our most popular products – like the VISIO PRO 2.0 and our streetwear pieces – are always in stock. If something is sold out, it will be displayed in the shop – often with a pre-order option.
🔁 Returns or exchanges – how does it work?
You have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the receipt of your order. Please use the original packaging if possible and contact us in advance so that we can process your return quickly and easily.
